About the production
A North Texas tradition.
Each November, our annual Nutcracker production combines every level of our ballet program with Rockwall Ballet Company members to stage a full-length classical ballet. Snow scenes. The Land of Sweets. A live audience of family, friends, and the whole community filling the Granville Arts Center for two weekend performances.

Nutcracker auditions take place during our annual Nutcracker Intensive, August 3–6, 2026, at the studio. Auditions are held on the final day, with cast announcements that same evening via email and our social channels.

- ·Auditioning dancers must participate in the full Aug 3–6 intensive
- ·Plan to enroll in fall classes; register for leveled ballet by September 1
- ·Soloists have additional weekend rehearsals throughout the fall
- ·Each ballet class level has an assigned Nutcracker part
